Jim has been in marketing and sales for over 25 years.

He started his career in the corporate world, but true to his family's entrepreneurial roots, he quickly ventured out on his own. In fact, Thought Leaders Institute is Jim's sixth business, including two which were acquired.

An international speaker, Jim has advised and trained hundreds of businesses and business owners, ranging in size from multinationals to solopreneurs, as well as several non-profits.

He lives in Los Angeles with his husband, Ting, and 3 rescue cats, Peter, Lola & Hazel.

Lucas has carved a path of his own. At the age of 13, he founded his first business as an online marketing consultant.

After racking up an impressive roster of local business clients (and graduating high school), he decided to up the ante – moving to NYC to co-found a marketing agency instead of going to college.

In the last few years, he's directed strategy responsible for millions in client revenues, and now runs the client success team at The Thought Leader Agency and co-directs curriculum at Thought Leaders Institute.

Lucas resides in Chicago with his husband Leven and adorable kitty, Leo.

The short answer is yes.

What is the Tyler Clementi Foundation?
The Tyler Clementi Foundation's mission is to end online and offline bullying in schools, workplaces, and faith communities. 

'TCF' was founded by the Clementi family to prevent bullying through inclusion and the assertion of dignity and acceptance as a way to honor the memory of Tyler: a son, a brother, and a friend.
